As intolerâncias alimentares representam reações adversas desencadeadas por determinados alimentos ou ingredientes e derivam de dificuldades da digestão e absorção.

Muitas pessoas sofrem de mal-estar digestivo, engordam e sentem-se inchadas apesar de comerem pouco e de forma saudável, e não sabem que esse tipo de problemas pode ser provocado por alimentos tão saudáveis como o tomate ou a alface ou, eventualmente, algum aditivo.

O que se tenta detetar através do teste são as intolerâncias, ou seja, reações do organismo a alguns alimentos ou compostos, as quais, sem serem patológicas, produzem inflamação abdominal, gases, cefaleias, retenção de líquidos ou outros. Ao conseguirmos evitar/reduzir as intolerâncias alimentares, facilmente vamos conseguir alívio de sintomas e melhorar o estado geral da nossa saúde.

Em parceria com a WelNutri e através de um teste indolor, o nutricionista vai indicar-lhe quais são os alimentos que deve evitar e aqueles que deve consumir mais regularmente. São analisados cerca 500 alimentos através do método biofedback. O VitaloNUTRI pertence aos métodos de diagnóstico electro-punção (EPD), ou seja, baseia-se na recolha das propriedades eletrofisiológicas da pele na área dos pontos de acupuntura.

A realização deste teste está sujeita a marcação, sendo realizada, normalmente, 1 vez por mês.

Food intolerances are adverse reactions triggered by certain foods or ingredients and stem from difficulties in digestion and absorption.

What the test aims to detect are intolerances—i.e., the body's reactions to certain foods or compounds that, while not pathological, cause abdominal inflammation, gas, headaches, fluid retention, or other symptoms. By avoiding or reducing food intolerances, it becomes easier to relieve symptoms and improve overall health.

In partnership with WelNutri and through a painless test, the nutritionist will indicate which foods you should avoid and which you should consume more regularly. Approximately 500 foods are analyzed using the biofeedback method. VitaloNUTRI is part of electro-acupuncture diagnostic methods (EPD), based on collecting electrophysiological properties of the skin at acupuncture points.

This test requires an appointment and is usually performed once a month.
